I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered a dishwasher to replace our broken one and spent a month without a dishwasher because Home Depot failed 3 times at simply doing the thing we had paid them to do. First attempt: dishwasher was delivered broken, so Home Depot returned it. Second attempt: Home Depot showed up and told us they couldn't install it because our kitchen doesn't have a counter, even though the first time they said it was fine to install. Third attempt: Home Depot showed up without a dishwasher entirely, even though we called twice to confirm during the week. They said they were just here to pick up the old broken one, but they thought it would already be uninstalled and couldn't uninstall it themselves. They left without doing anything.
