Colin listened well to what we wanted and gave great ideas to enhance our ideas in ways that aligned with our goal of bringing in more spaciousness, sunlight and outside views. The team was always respectful and organized -we have 2 young kids and OCD team made sure tools and materials were always cleaned up and packed away at the end of each day to reduce disruption to our family. I have hired Oren Chain/OCD for five large projects - fix/replace decking; manufacture and install custom gate; manufacture and install property entry gates, property fence, and most recently railing along pool perimeter.
