I visited this location at 2:20PM today on March 5th, 2026. I went to purchase a brad nailer that was apparently in the wrong spot, so I asked to show where it was and low and behold there were multiple in the spot where it was marked $37 not $74. So the lady slides them over and says yeah someone must have moved it so we're not going to honor that price. Okay whatever, I get it. But then an associate asked if she was going to do customer care, to which I said what is that, and this random person said they should give it to me for that price bc it's the policy. So I said well let me ask the manager then bc that does seem a bit like bait and switch, and if it's the policy then they should just do it. Once again it was George to the rescue. He helped me find a strainer for my bathroom sink. He stopped what he was doing and helped me find the right size for bathroom drain. Thank you for being so positive, patient, and helpful!!!

Mike Nuzzi, who works in the appliances department, helped us choose a microwave for our home. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. When my wife's leg hurt from standing, Mike first ran to get her and me chairs, and then went to inventory to get the microwave we wanted. Now, that's customer service! Thanks, Mike !!!

Worst service!! I paid to have my screen doors measured this past Saturday & no one ever called to set up my appointment. I called the store this morning & after being left on hold repeatedly I was told someone would contact me shortly. Needless to say I never got a call. I stopped in after work to cancel the order & the rep working the customer service stand didn't know how to cancel the order & didn't ask for direction from anyone. I was in line waiting for almost 30 minutes while she fumbled around juggling customers. I had just worked a 12 hour shift & couldn't just stand there all night while these employees make half an effort to figure things out. Now I have to make another trip there to get my refund. This whole experience has been ridiculous!!
