Home Services at The Home Depot

Everything was great until I was having issues with an installed storm door. The 3rd party installer advised Home Depot the door should just be replaced but Home Depot advised against it. Still have the same noise a year later. 3rd party installer was great but I can't say the same about Home Depot

This Doer can't get anything done!! I bought the Display shed on the Home Depot parking lot the beginning of June and I am STILL WAITING for it to be delivered! Everytime i call, I get excuses...Covid has deliveries backed up, not enough drivers, trying to train new ones..not crazy about an inexperienced driver! Manager told me it's taking so long cause it's probably being built. What?! I bought the Display on the parking lot. Paid CASH for it. No such thing as "cash and carry" here! If I would have financed it, my SECOND payment would be due, while MY shed sits Unlocked on the Home Depot parking lot for possible Covid infected people to continue to walk in and out of it! Im told Home Depot is separate from Tuff Shed, so they can't deliver it Maybe Tuff Shed should consider subcontracti

Bought a $4400 french door. They ordered and installed the wrong one. Five people said they would call me back and no one did. Called corporate thwy refused to make it right. Will never do business with Home Depot ever.

Courteous employees, lots of options. They did put me on a call list when I inquired and got a quote for a door and called me over and over about the door. I didn't like that. Overall good place to get your do it yourself project supplies.
