I ordered carpet from Home Depot and set up installation through them as well. Ordering process and scheduling went smoothly. The measure went smoothly as well. On install date, the installers advised they were short material and the measurement was incorrect. They were able to maximize the material to only exclude stairs and a closet. The extra material needed to be special ordered and took three weeks to arrive an install. The store claimed the installers were at fault a the installers stated the store changed the material order so no one accepted fault for the nearly month long delay in completing the job. Ultimately the store adjusted my expenses to account for the inconveniences.

We were very impressed with Home Depot’s sales associate at the store, the salesman coming to our home, the young man that laser measured for the counter and the two men that did a great job installing it.

Installation team was efficient and professional. Installation of the water tank was great and done in a short time.

Robert and Andreas were very professional and neat! They were also efficient and friendly! Highly recommended!!!

Easy drop off of materials and the installation contractor was diligent and thorough - very happy with the outcome!
