I was struggling with a polyurethaneing a floor until I ran into Mark in the flooring department. He put the right tools in my hand and gave me some really good advice! I had done a lot of research and watching videos online but I really needed was a guy named Mark who knew what the heck he was doing!
Johnny in the key department went above and beyond to try and help me make a copy of my car key that broke in half... It took around 30 minutes to try and position it where the key would be able to be scanned.. unfortunately the key didn't get cut right and didn't fit in my car but it's okay things got sorted out eventually but I will say Johnny did what he could and it was so nice of him to do so especially during a moment where I felt defeated.
If I could give zero stars to their installation department I would...absolutely disgusting experience so far...and literally the longest processes in have ever had to deal with. DO NOT BUY DOORS FROM THEM, THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO PROPERLY INSTALL THEM!
