Home Services at The Home Depot

From start to finish it was a nightmare. The worst ever. I feel taken advantage of over charged and fleece. I let my guard down because Itrusted homedepot and was fraudulently taken advantage of. I paid double what the Job should have cost. So much I am embarrassed 😳 to reveal to friends and family. It took almost 7 months from start to finish. They left my bathroom in shambles over the Holidays. As they took vacation to Europe on my hard made 💰. I was supposed to have a heater with my tub and there is none. Just because homedepot send a contractor, supposed to be of good character. Don't trust them and homedepot will not help. And the bank kept attempting to revolt the 24 month interested free loan. Had a custom ordered front door with two sidelights installed. Installer (1) was fantastic. He communicated with me to schedule and was on time and efficient. The install would have faster with 2 people. In addition, there was a slight cut in the fiberglass upon delivery and am waiting for the store to resolve. Very happy with the product and install. Would be 5 stars if the issue was resolved.

Well first off my carpet got damaged and I didn’t receive a phone call from either Home Depot or Superior. I took a day off work to have my carpet installed and I wouldn’t have known about that until I called superior. So they rescheduled my install for that Thursday and again Wednesday they call saying they didn’t receive the new carpet. So again had to reschedule for Saturday. So I had to be inconvenienced with my house destroyed from moving furniture. So Home Depot only wanted to compensate me half of the install. So going forward I won’t be shopping with you guys anymore.

Your floor technician Bill was timely, courteous and very professional. He got the job done! I need to mention, he did not even take a break. The job started in the morning and he was finished well before dinner completing 3 bedroom by himself. It was a bit pricey for my budget, but my bedroom floors look great!!! Thanks Bill

Great service and great customer support. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because a few delivery items were missing, but Home Depot is taking care of it quickly. Overall, it was a really good experience. I would definitely recommend using their service again.
