The installation was beautiful! Guy did great job! However,I purchased a wind chain.The installer explaid the one I purchased at Home Depot in person was wrong size.I returned it.I didn't buy another one the correct size cause there's no one to install it!

The tech, Mihye was very professional and explained everything very well. I appreciated the tips she gave me to help keep my systems clean! The appointment was made through Home Depot online and the call to schedule was very quick. I would definitely recommend them and I will continue to use them for maintenance

I had Fast Water Heater replace my tank water heater with tankless. The installer tried taking shortcuts and vented the unit through the only crawl space vent I had on one side of my house and closed the opening. When I called him on it, he tried to convince me that the vent is not really necessary. I can’t imagine how many people wouldn’t know the structural necessity of a vent and let him get away with this. I made him come back and properly install the vent through the siding, but the fact that they tried to structurally change how my crawlspace is ventilated is unacceptable. Home Depot should find a better contractor and not use Fast Water Heater company.

Had to do a lot of my own leg work like go to the store multiple times for products and bring extra/wrong products ordered back. They subcontract who then subcontract again.
