Home Services at The Home Depot

I like Home Depot, however we decided to get a gate for our porch from them. The service at the store excellent. However, they sent a guy from the fence sales and installation department to measure the porch to give us a gate, he did so, on 05.24.2012. We called on the first week of June to do the gate, he said he was going to give us the paperwork and never did. We called him again he said he "forgot" and would send us the paperwork, he never did. I called the 1800 customer service, and complained they never called me back. I called the manager at the store, she was super friendly and told me she was going to call me back...never..did..Today after 2 months I still have NO GATE!! I gave them all the chances to take my money, I guess they did not want it.. I called Lowes...just across t
