Home Services at The Home Depot

Rolled the dice on going through Home Depot for our countertops. The job was subbed out to Armani Stone in Pittsburgh. Our quartz countertops were supposed to have eased edges on the top and bottom, but the upper edge was clearly misaligned with the grinder/cutter and only features a slightly curved edge that ends at a sharp angle. I pointed it out after the install was complete and Armani did send a rep out to verify the issue; he agreed it was not as ordered and the shop had made a mistake. He told me they would make it right, but that was weeks ago. Home Depot rep hasn't bothered to follow up. They're quick to take your money but slow to make you happy. Spend the extra money and go through a dedicated stone company with good reviews.

I would have rated it zero stars but it wasn't an option. Terrible quality carpet and even more terrible customer service!! I spent over $20,000 there three years ago remodeling my home and within six months my carpet was falling apart. I could never see or speak to a manger for several months. It always happened to be their day off and there was never a return call. I finally found a corporate line to call and now I get emails that provide nothing but excuses. First they had no record of my purchace. I did so I provided them with that. We had 2 home depot represenatives come take pictures and they have no record of that either. The installers were here twice and state its not repairable. They have no record of the first time and of course the second time my store warranty had expired. The

Fantastic store, best in Johnstown. They actually still have cashiers and baggers. Very clean and prices are good. This is a must try!
