Pathetic. Hired them in October to install laminate flooring in one room. Was told it was a two week job, especially if I picked up the floor myself. I picked it up the day after they called me, was told I'd get a call to schedule my install next day or so, a week later I hadn't heard from them. Went to the store to all what was going on, was told they would call next day. Two days later they finally called. By then they couldn't schedule till after Thanksgiving. Then they couldn't finish the job, they had ordered the wrong transition pieces for carpet intead of for floor. Almost two weeks later still couldn't finish, not enough transition pieces were ordered. Manager tried blaming me for the delays staying I had requested the install date and I had requested a specific color fo

Would never recommend this particular Home Depot to anyone for having any window treatments done! The person who comes to do the actual installations was great, but getting the blinds ordered was a huge ordeal. The people who work in this department don't seem to know enough or want to help you at all!!!
