Home Services at The Home Depot

This is far and away my favorite Home Depot location. Their store app info about in stock status and item aisle and bin location data is consistently correct and makes getting in and out quickly a breeze. Despite being seemingly the smallest Home Depot I’ve ever seen, I’ve never had an issue with needed items being unavailable.

Yesterday, We went to the Kent, WA Home Depot expecting to see Social Distancing rules in place. Instead, none of the cashiers had face masks on, workers and managers were chatting without masks or gloves on. Managers walked directly by me, no masks, no separating space. There was no 6’ lines or controls. I won’t be returning to HD as they totally didn’t care about their customers health!

Ordered a door installation. Took 5 months after ordering to be completed. Installation was cancelled multiple times with less than 4 hours notice (wasting our paid time off), no significant effort was made to leave me a satisfied customer, additionally tried to say I owed additional money when I went to get some of the installation cancelled and refunded, and then they didn't even bother to follow through on the phone call they emailed about for customer satisfaction survey.

Do NOT buy Custom anything from these people. They said Three weeks untilll delivery of custom blinds. Then you have to then schedual with a installer, really . Here it is week 5. Know this, they don't and won't really give a damn, just they were sorry ,nice but really just another line of POOO.

The associate was helpful by telling me where to find the item I was looking for and while browsing the kitchen remodeling area a marketing specialist told me about a new promotion they are having to measure my kitchen and bring samples to resurface my cabinets which usually costs $100 but is free now for a limited time
