Home Services at The Home Depot

Went to Home Depot and tried to check out at the Pro desk and they told me I couldn’t do it because I hadn’t called in my order and I really think they didn’t want to do it because I only had two small items. I spend about $200,000 a year at Home Depot and they treated me very poorly and I think it was racially motivated. I’ve got a pro number and all kinds of pro perks and I was forced to go to self checkout. It was not a pleasant experience. I will never go back to that Lancaster location again.

It was the tool rental and i had to rent a 20 "I believe" chainsaw to cut down a tree. There's a bunch of people renting tools nowadays, so be prepared to wait no matter what. Besides there tools that they offer are basically almost new and working before you take it. So it's worth waiting because everyone is so helpful and they do their best to get everyone in and out as soon as possible.There were 2 people in front of me when I arrived and by the time I was done there were at least a to 5 people behind me. But as long as there are no issues they'll have you in and out "Literally" and I did not call ahead so if tou do call ahead i'm sure the process will be a lot more smoother and faster for sure.

Absolute the worst curbside pickup service On the phone waiting on them to pickup the phone. On the phone still while waiting in line. Over 40 minutes and they still have not picked up the phone!!!! They finally just hung up on me.... I went inside (while waiting on the phone) and the order pickup line has a long line with only 1 1/2 employees helping customers out One employee was not really helping I just came back from Lemmon location in Dallas and it only took 5 minutes since they are set up much better. They also let you checkout your purchases unlike Lancaster location I never had any problems with Waxahachie location either. They are also fast and attentive. It’s a shame Lancaster cannot do any better! Yes, I even had time to write this review.

There was a 15 day waiting list the technicians stood me up. I waited until like 5:30 that evening and I cancelled.

People not enough people the work in the store no help
