Absolutely terrible customer service. I made an appointment a month in advance for somebody to come out to my house and give me an estimate on installing a fence in my yard. The lady gave me an appointment of 5pm, so I left work early the day I was to get the estimate and nobody showed up. I called cutomer service, and was then transferred 4 times before somebody could tell me that they don't do 5pm appointments and she would call back to re schedule. Never got a call back either. Wont be getting my business ever again.

The overall experience was good, getting there took some help from a associate, & the manager at the time. The problem was the shop vac they had did not have the bags included that I wanted. But u could buy them separate,. The online price with the bags was aprox $ 6 more. The bags separately were aprox $15. I asked the sales associate if they would match there online price he said yes just tell them, ok, thx. So when I did they told me no, they would not match there OWN online price! I said the associate said u would, she still said no. Then my cashier asked the manager of that dept,,, told her the circumstances, she said yes. She actually adjusted the price so I got the bags, A $15 value free! My problem was, I was told 2 different things in the same store, I didn't like that. The manag

I am still waiting after two weeks for HD to finish a simple carpet install. Phone calls get disconnected and nothing gets done. What happened to customers first?

Horrible customer service and incompetent contracted installers. Would never recommend for carpet/floor install.
