Assistant Manager “Phaedra” as well as the Store Manager (“Joanna” I believe) are rude, judge mental and give absolutely horrible customer service. It’s no wonder so many other reviews of this location complain about the cashiers and floor staff: they have learned by example from their direct supervisors. These people absolutely do not value their customers, the money we spend or the purchases we make. I was belittled, yelled at, insulted, profiled and lied to by Phaedra, and received the same level of service from the Manager on the phone the next day. When I asked for the her boss or the District Manager she scoffed and just hung up on me! Ridiculous! I will drive to *any* other home improvement store before I will ever shop here again. I would give this store a 0 star if I could. What a joke.. They are advertising a 72 hour carpet installation on certain carpets. I order it and pay for it as I am moving in 2 weeks. 3 day install certainly seems like it should get done in that time. Their contractor says they are 15 days out to install carpet.. I call the store back and they say there is nothing they can do yet they are still advertising the 72 hour carpet sale.. False advertising and terrible customer service.
