Home Services at The Home Depot

I had air conditioning and furnace installed. The company that home depot sources out did an excellent job, although they were at my home from 9am-11pm. That was excessive and exhausting. Glad its done though. The in-home service provider was ok, he showed up late to our initial appointment, (he did call for heads up). Also he discussed install and we asked our questions, pipe we were told were going to be new, were not changed. He said the new furnace unit would be smaller, this wasnt. In fact it was bigger, however they made it more accessible. The only other thing is the outside ac unit, the pipes were not covered with insulation which considering the harsh weathers we have here, it wouldve been nice to have had that done.

Had bathroom vanity tops installed. Happy with the outcome, came out right away to consult and measure, but from there process took longer than we thought to complete. Had issue with measurements being incorrect and took follow up on our end to finish the project. Once it was done we were happy with the product and installation.

I had a very good experience with the Home Depot Home Services. The technician was efficient while servicing my heating system. Educated me on a few important things making sure the system was running well. Overall: A+++

The service I got from homedepot for my furnace and air conditioner was excellent. They had a special going.
