Overall, we were happy with the quality of the work and the finished product, but there were issues along the way. The tile arrived damaged and we did not know until the installer opened the boxes. I would have never expected this. The installer claimed he had issues with his wet saw and was unable to make our first appointment. Because of this we had an extra day with our kitchen disassembled. I would have understood this if not for him arriving late or not showing for every remaining day Day 1 scheduled for 8 am, called him at 9am and was told 10:30 arrival, then called me back at 11:30 and did I not arrive until 1pm. Installation was well done. Had some issues with the measuring and product delivery that were resolved, but necessitated change orders. I was able to take time off work to address the issues as they occurred which was key to the success of the project.

Took over 5 months to get the correct window treatments installed. Sales took the wrong measurements and sold window treatments that did not meet expectations that we discussed. Final install was not what was discussed but I was so tired of contacting them I didn’t reach out. Not satisified with final products or process.

The installation company GS floor has not communicated when and what time installation will be done. It was supposed to be on March 6 but here we are on March 5 11 am and I have no communication when installation will be done

Great guy, great service, I again started trusting my furnace again, very thorough and attention to details, totally loved it.
