I contacted Home Depot to put up a fence around my back yard. They immediately outsourced it. I had no idea it was even outsourced until they (without consent and prior to any contract being signed) put a sign in my front yard. It did say that company was veteran owned, which is great. However that was the only good thing I can say about this company. I was very specific about what I wanted. We have small dogs (4lbs and 9lbs) and I said the fence had to contain them. I wanted a grey picket fence and tall solid fence along the back of my house for privacy. We had to go back and forth a bunch about what was in stock. The first time you put the carpet upstairs was a fabulous experience the second time ridiculous. Took me a long time to get my money back when they came here. They gave me the estimate. Everything was fine but when they came to install it, they couldn’t move my couch. I had a few things I needed to move outside, which would’ve taken me five minutes instead they just didn’t know where to put my couch so I canceled the project. Very disappointed because I really wanted to get this room done.
