Employees were basically useless, I went in looking for an exact product and it showed 4 or 5 in stock on the website, the employees said oh I can’t find it cuz there is no bay air isle number, so to them it didn’t exist, they also didn’t believe their own website showing the product to be 50% off. Worked with a Milwaukee rep, and I believe judy in power tools and they seemed to have zero interest to find it. They looked at their tablets and said oh they came in April 9th (it’s now the 17th) must still be on the truck nothing we can do. Walked out to my truck ordered it online in their parking lot and it was ready for pick up in about 30 min. Obviously couldn’t be that hard to find

Wanted some carpet in stock. Lady was not interested in helping me. Poor sales lady. Snappy remarks was rude. I went to a competitor. Bad employee cost Home Depot a sale.
