Absolute Construction, the Home Depot's chosen subcontractor is a poorly run business which harms Home Depot's reputation and creates a poor customer experience raising questions about Home Depot’s subcontractors and management. I would not do business with Home Depot or Absolute Construction for remodeling. However, after frustration and several phone calls, the project was finished in a proper manner. I'm uncertain how these organizations remain in business. Absolute failed to establish a starting time estimate in a timely manner and in fact never returned my call about when they planned to start work over a month after signing the contract. It was silence - no calls, texts or emails after my repeated contacts by email and phone. Almost 8 weeks later, after silence, Absolute finally comm

Thy do not install for me but the furnace and that came from them. Quality equipment and no issues with it. Four Seasons did fantastic job installing it.

I can't remember the technicians name, but he was a young man and very noledgeable and I do believe he was very honest,and very clean and tidy, he came in for a different issue, my furnace woukd not turn on, me not knowing someone had cut off the power switch, he cane in looked at the thermostat it gave him a code, we went downstairs to the basement, he flipped tge wsutch and it started working, he called it in so as I wouldn't be charged for tgat service call, and received an ok to clean my furnace instead at a different charge, with an updated warranty, thank you.
