Home Services at The Home Depot

I am currently in process of moving into Ocala. I find myself needing to frequent this Hm Depot location quite a lot. I have had some unique situations arise concerning products. These varied interactions have shown me over and over what a fantastic group of employees and managers there are at this location. I just want to say,"Thank you. from the bottom of my heart", to Tammy(#1), Jed, Mike, Nick and Juan for your patient, commitment, knowledge and beautiful hearts! I am so happy just knowing that you all are part of my new home !!! Keep up the excellent customer service that you have all shown me! Ordered custom blinds and sliding door blinds. Anxious to see results, but it's 5-6 weeks build time, but the company does everything.

We are remodeling our kitchen and was having a difficult time locating the sink we liked. Ann from kitchen design spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with me looking up sinks. The next day we went in to the store and she again helped and we ordered one that fit our wishes. She took the time to be helpful and we appreciated it. In fact I was a bit surprised as everyone had a great attitude and took the time to see if we needed help.

Online purchase pickup & some returns --- so easy & smooth. Great customer service!!
