Do not do business at the Papillion, NE Home Depot store! Do not ever use Home Depot to buy/install carpeting! Do not ever use Crew 2 for any installation services! You will regret it. After 5 unique failures to install the correct carpet, 6 weeks of no use of a third of our home (never mind that we have to completely start over choosing/ordering carpet), 3 canceled family events, etc., the only thing the store, the district, or corporate can do…is give us our money back. They’ve had our money since April 7. It’s June 13th! I’ve even used vacation time to be home for their botched installs. It’s evident they are incompetent, unable to provide carpet anywhere near the quality of what is advertised, and do not care about their customer. I’ll say that last part one more time. They d
