We recently had an exterior door installed through Home Depot and overall had a great experience. The installer was punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about the process. He made sure the door was properly aligned, sealed, and secured, and he took the time to explain the work that was done.

Western States Flooring arranged the demolition team as well as the installation team. Excellent customer service from start to finish. These guys were prompt, professional and extremely efficient. I’m very, very satisfied with the finished product.

I paid for the Home Depot to come measure my door to start the process of ordering and installation of a new front door. I then ordered the door I wanted in store the store with an associate. I knew what I wanted, a black door with 4 “lights” black hardware and sill. Paid for the door and waited. The door came 8 weeks later and on install day the installers informed me it was ordered with the incorrect inswing. Have to order a new door, wait another 8 weeks…how do you order the wrong inswing when the door has been professionally measured by your contractor? Isn’t that a very important part of the the order! Then the door arrives after waiting for 4 months (no apologies in the mistake, no offer of compensation) and then after it is installed I notice the sill(threshold) is silver, not bl
