I've been going to this location for two years and have spent a ton of money on various supplies for projects around the house. Truthfully, they've never been polite or helpful, but never flat out rude like they were last time. We came in with the intention to purchase 2,000 square feet of new hard wood or pergo flooring and maybe even have them install it for us. That's about $12,000 of business for the store. I had a few questions, so we were introduced to "Steve," the so called "Flooring Expert," who was supposed to be this oracle of knowledge. What a jerk. He chose to make his first impression on us by making an offensive and sarcastic remark about our house. He made it very clear from the start that he was not interested in helping us at the moment as he was pre occupied. He asked me

I asked bearded man at entrance where a specific cleaning product was located and he told me exactly. When I was done shopping he directed me to the cashier with no line. I was in and out in five minutes. Thank you.
