Home Services at The Home Depot

We came into purchase a whole pallet of lifeproof flooring. We went to customer service to have an associate paged. The young girl told us to go to aisle 5 that he was there. We told her we just came from there and no one was around. She totally ignored our request for help. We ended up leaving without placing our order.

Absolutely abysmal experience. Ordered a new patio door in April. First the company they contract out with cancelled our measurement appointment because they "no longer contract with home depot". Finally got a measurement and ordered our door. Took a month for door to arrive, another two weeks to set up install. When they finally arrived to install door was broken. Another door had to be ordered and it arrived to the store first week in July. Now it's the 12th and can't get in touch with anyone regarding install. Josh, the expediter, hasn't returned multiple calls. We own a new home and have many upcoming projects to do. Suffice it to say we will NOT be using this home depot to complete them.

Very cooperative staff focused on timely delivery of your products. If you know what you want, but you're not sure if they can offer it, stop by their customer service desk. I have found those people to be the MOST helpful people in the entire store!
