Home Services at The Home Depot

As always, Home Depot HAVC contractors, Total Heating and Air Conditioning are awesome. I am thrilled to have this option for my stuff because it is frustrating otherwise. I have been so comfortable now that I know I have Total Heating and Air anytime I need. They are extremely reasonable, their equipment is the best. They are reliable, and they dont add into the bill and only charge for what you need, which, is always a great price for nice parts or systems. They are honest, extremely knowledgeable and i cant say enough about my positive experience every time i call. I have 4 furnaces and 3 air conditioners from there and couldn't be happier. From start to finish the Home Depot installation experience was outstanding. Melissa from flooring assisted us in picking out carpet and tile flooring for our home. The installation went smoothly and with no issues. Very courteous and professional service.

The floors are beautiful. Took about 8 weeks to get it done. Product sat in the cold for 4 weeks before the installers could install. One package was damaged (understandable) and the installers wouldn't come back for another 4 weeks so I lived with partially completed floors through the holidays. When everything was ordered the store said "maybe it can get done by Thanksgiving" which I was worried about however I did want them done before Christmas. That didn't happen either. The installers themselves did good work. I would use home Depot again but definitely would not use the installers they have.

The carpet I bought at Home Depot is quality carpet and the buying process was professional and friendly. I could tell the woman really cared about selling carpet properly. The installers were good guys- friendly, hard working and did a great job. This was my 2nd carpet purchase at Home Depot. I need to get carpet in one more area in the near future and I will be back again for sure.

I sm still waiting on home Depot to complete the job. The doors were made wrong and had to be remade. The were supposed to have been installed a couple of weeks ago. I have not been updated on where we are. I don't think you should feel good about this project. I don't.
