I went to Home Depot because my bathroom toilet had a leak and only had intentions of purchasing a wax seal for a few dollars. As I approached the plumbing isle I was immediately greeted with a smile and that's were I was blown away by the high degree of customer service that was presented by Greg Flood, not only did Greg clearly and concisely answer every single question I had about my existing problem but he went way above and beyond the call of duty and extended his area of expertise into my flooring questions even though he was based out of plumbing. Greg built my confidence to not only fix the toilet leak, but to purchase a brand new toilet, marble flooring, and a brand new water heater the next day, I am now in the process of remodeling my entire bathroom. Great service. I needed help finding hardwood flooring and not only did they assist with that but also helped me find all i needed to install it.

Can not even call this location without going through an automated call hell that doesn't even work.
