Home Services at the Home Depot

The plumber did a great job installing our new Rheem Gladiator water heater from Home Depot. We were extremely happy with the quick response from the Home Depot Services department. We are still waiting for the competitor big box store to call us back. The water heater is amazing and we love the WiFi app that allows us to adjust our shower temps on chilly days.

We had a whole home soft water system and Reverse Osmosis installed. We bought a better system a little heavily priced but it will make things last much longer in the home. The water tastes great and even ran a line to the fridge. Every thing got installed next day and very quick and efficient.

Steve did a great job installing a white subway tile backsplash. Communicated, arrived on time and completed the work professionally.

Parker and Sons performed a complete inspection of my AC/Heater unit for $49.99. The service technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. He took the time to explain the results of the services that he had performed and shared suggestions for preventative maintenance. There was no pressure to purchase any of the preventative maintenance services.

First time I went with HD 2 yrs ago, best experience! This time around, not so much-communication was a joke. It’s NOT The Home Depot that I have the issue with-it’s their sub Rockwood Shutters and Blinds. If I need them again, I’ll use my girl from Texas like I should’ve this time. No appreciation, poor communication, and just an overall crap experience this time. Do better, Rockwood. And I mean from consult, to “customer svc” at Rockwood, to installation, just do better. Installer creased my track panels and when I showed him what he was doing, he continued doing what caused the issue.
