$7000 for a complete AC and furnace system on Friday and it stopped cooling by Sunday afternoon. That in addition to an installation that was so bad I asked HD to remove it on Monday. HD subcontracted with one company that subcontracted with third company each blowing me off, telling me I needed to talk to the other company or department! In the meantime HD sent out repair men to try to figure out why it didn’t work. A few weeks later they found a defective coil leaking. Keep in mind I continued to ask them to take it back and give me a refund. Week after that it still wasn’t cooling right. After TWO summer months with no AC they figured out the remaining problems. By then summer was over but they assure me it would work next summer! I never stopped asking for them to take it back but aft
