I had Todd came to the house to give me an estimate for my windows. He was very rude. When I asked him some questions he got confrontational with me, then he got up and left. Have you ever seen any in-home salesman behaves like this before?. This is outrageous. I called the 1800 number and the person answered the phone said she is in Georgia. I asked to speak to Todd"s manager, she said he was busy and he still did not return my call. When I asked to reschedule with another sales consultant, she said it cannot be done. I am calling other window replacements companies now.

This is one of the worst Home Depots I have dealt with. Their customer service is really poor and can't trust the quality of service they provide. A few months ago, I had a special order to install a kitchen garbage disposer. I was told that someone will contact me to install within a week. Several weeks later, I had a call from someone from Rhode Island who told me that they were contacted by Home Depot to install this disposer. But they don't do the installation in the Shrewsbury area any longer. I was asked to go back to Home Depot and have them get in touch with someone else to do the work.
