Scheduled an appointment with Mary Edwards, Kitchen and Bath Design Consultant, 1 week prior to the appt time. They took all my info down, address, phone, email, etc.. and I told them my custom cabinet door needs ahead of time. They told me to take pictures, measurements, etc to come prepared. I woke up early that morning to drive out to Home depot in the rain for my appt time. Told her what I wanted and she quickly said we don't do that. Wasted my Saturday morning and time completely. They knew for a week they didn't do what I needed and should have contacted me to inform and cancel. Terrible and inconsiderate!

Two trips here. First trip no employees could help me with locating wood bleach/stain remover. 2nd trip i was told that the ONLY 5in orbital sanding pads they carried were UNIVERSAL only to find out they most certainly are not. Their orbital and oscillating/angle sand paper selection/accessories and supplies are grossly understocked. They also do not carry real Tung Oil. So in conclusion, if youre doing any kind of staining, sanding, sealing, carving, etc, JUST GO TO LOWES. Youll only waste time and money here. We called ahead to check on availability of a Honda Tiller that we were interested in. They had one left. The man on the phone was very friendly and informative. We asked if he would put our name on it and hold it for us. He said yes and he would put it up front. He did exactly that. We drove about an hour and a half to that Home Depot and it was right up front like he said. Very pleased. We also got our military discount in which we greatly appreciate. Thank you Home Deposit.
