Home Services at The Home Depot

We started the quote and planning process in March 2025, paid in full in April/May and it is now August 25, 2025 and our closet installation in NOT completed. This is unacceptable and very poor business practice. The installers were here almost 2 months ago and the drawers were not the correct size. I was ghosted after they left as no one contacted us about the drawers nor did I receive follow up calls!! I had called and left text messages. We will never work with Home depo again on a project. This has been a horrible experience. I’m constantly taking time to call for an answers, installers (who were very nice) came out a second time with missing drawer parts. We expected this to be complete the beginning of June and now it’s into August.

We ordered and received notification that our order was ready. We pulled into the curbside parking spot and the girl at the canopy totally ignored us. Not sure if she was in her phone or sleeping but she just sat there under the canopy. We called in and were told the lady at the canopy would help us who still had not moved from her seat. My husband finally got out of the car and walked over to her and gave her our order #. We then waited for 39 minutes for our order. On top of all this no one had face coverings on. The whole thing defeated the purpose of curbside.
