Last year we sat down reluctantly with an AMAZING designer who shared my name. She was soft spoken and very friendly. Debra made me feel comfortable we hit it off immediately. My husband is guarded, but she won him over. We eventually went through the process of upgrading our kitchen. When the pandemic hit, it delayed the progression. Debra has been dependable, flexible, professional the whole process. It's a long journey, but we just got our cabinets installed recently. Debra didn't just do her job as a designer. After we were complete with her portion, she has listened and interceded with my complaints, delivery delays and questions. My husband and I couldn't have ask for anyone better! I pray she stays at Home Depot and gets promoted. She is worth it!

Stay away from them from giving any Installation order, Given the order of installation of Blinds after 5 Business days no response from HomeDepot neither from the company to whom this job outsourced. I will bet if find any responsible person on the phone, keep transferring the phone and after sometimes call automatically get the disconnect.

I ordered closet doors from this store and paid over $3000 and this has been the worse shopping experience of my life. It has been 5 months since I purchased the closet doors and when first installed the doors were damaged and with broken glass; after several calls from manufacturer and home depot they finally got them in but Home depot's customer service is a failure. Do not shop here if you do not want this same experience.

This warehouse is large and has plenty of building material. With that being said, customer service and installation of their products have a lot to be desired. As an example; We wanted to replace our “Kitchen sink” so I asked an associate if someone could assist us and sent us back to the kitchen area where we waited for assistance. After 20 minutes, I asked another associate who was walking by and he said the person didn’t come in until around 10:30am. He thought it was humorous by adding that “they keep banking hours” and complained that they should have to come in at 6:30 just like he did. They took my name and phone number and left it on the desk, to have the representative call me back whenever they came into work, which they never bothered to do. After that I asked someone els

Mike was paged to the lighting section. Mike listened to me well and understood what I really needed. Energy efficient: Mike suggested LED Milky white light: Mike advised how to look for it and said 5000K Installation: Mike explained to me the way a Pro would. Wire by wire, color by color, Connector by connector, gauge by gauge, option by option. Mike even know the type of housing and fixture in my house by the year, builder and location of the my house. Knowledge: After the chat with Mike I had the confidence to do it myself. I saved a lot of money and I am proud that I did it my self.
