Home Services at The Home Depot

Home Depot really doesn't care about Anything. A door scheduled to be delivered and installed during the first week of September was delivered late - one week. One week later the door comes in. Home Depot then calls to notify me that the install won't be for another 3 weeks. The issues here is Home Depot agreed to make the delivery and install with in the first two weeks of September and the agreement was written into my final sale of home using an escrow hold back - which is more than double the value of the door and installation. The manager "Josh" agreed to the time lines as a result of the delay and lack of communication my family is at stake of losing out on 5 thousand dollars cause they couldn't deliver on their promise. Got as far as them sending someone out to measure the doors which they didn’t measure all the doors I needed done ,so every time I call they say they will call me back to resolve the issue and never do.

Not happy with this place no store to store products. No consistency from store to store. Did not even know there own product on sheves . Not happy .

Like the service and always have what I'm looking for.
