This is a top of the line Home Depot store To begin Assistant Store Manager is Colt., I run into him in one of the Isles. I did not know that he is a assistant store manager and complain what I need from the store very professionally he explained to me what I need assigned a very professional lady that help me explain to me what they need how many I need and what quality is the products, regarding the service that I received from my assistant manager five stars from other two ladies that help me five stars if I could give them 10 stars , I would, fast professional service I purchased about $900 not much. Reschedule the delivery for Tuesday for the hours that they need them to do because Monday is Labor Day holiday so I cannot receive delivery in that condominium where DELIVERY goes!!! 5

The replacement installation of a new water heater was done professionally, and within the time frame decided upon previously. Home Depot has raised the bar on professional home improvement services.

Besides the good customer service at home depot everything else was a bad experience we bought a refrigerator it was delivery as requested but never got hooked up because the delivery guys excuse was that a plumber was needed my wife sent then a message to the number that was given to us but not reply at all Home Depot should consider reviewing who is delivering this products the worst
