Can't be mad anymore but want to laugh. I bought a Ryobi Brad nailer here, then found it does not work consistently. It works sometimes, but not all the time. I took it to the store to replace one. Then, I found its a used one, not new. Very unhappy and had to drive to the store the third time to replace it again. They apologised, replaced another one for me, the package looked perfect, didn't seem it was ever opened. Okay, I took it home and never open it until a few month later. Then I found its till a used one lol... its kinds of old, heavy used already... Can never trust them again. Just open and check your product at the store and replace or return as needed. Not wait until home.
