Highly disappointed with the customer service and no longer reaching out with this company for my remediation. I’ve been in contact with this company since Dec of 2025 to try and get an estimation before moving forward. When Greg and the HVAC personnel came to do my initial inspection, I thought they were great and would receive good service. It is now Feb 2026 and after several email back and forth with Tammy with several excuses on why she needs to handle my house later from doing the companies taxes or not having enough workers I am through. I tried to be understanding, but almost two months is insane. She’s unresponsive and unprofessional, if I have to keep reaching out to the company. I even reached out to the manager and she said somebody would reach out to me and nobody ever did. I

So happy with the hard work done by the entire team from home services on both my crawlspace and air ducts! I had several other estimates from other companies and quickly felt taken advantage of as a young woman homeowner, I never once felt that way with this company. The team gave me a detailed description of the scope of work and didn’t try to sell me on any BS. They are also fantastic at referring you to other companies for things that are outside their scope of work. The crew was timely & left no mess behind! The home services team has made my home happy & healthy again. I will be recommending them to everyone I know! I can not say enough about everyone I interacted with from the first call to the last, pleasant, responsive, knowledgeable, patient professional, and just great people who take pride in doing their job very well. My husband went in the crawl space before we put it on the market and found nothing wrong,. So we were completely and unpleasantly surprised when we learned otherwise.
