Overall my experience with Rochelle was pretty amazing. In this first phase she worked her way through a variety of deferred maintenance like gutters and trimming shrubs near the roof to fixing tiles in the bathroom and finally putting in flooring, painting, putting in cabinet and shelf in my laundry room. I feel lucky to have finally found a person I can rely on. She's a good communicator and problem solver and does good work for a fair price. I have more projects lined up :)

I was referred to this business from a separate junk removal company that I called to remove some blackberry brush. When the other company arrived, they said they couldn’t take any of it. (Main reason why I called them...) But they gave me the contact info for Rochelle at Home Settings LLC & they PULLED THROUGH! Came almost immediately, took NOT ONLY my blackberries & brush, but took some of my junk as well! Incredibly fair prices & kind service. 10/10 recommended!

I am a big fan!! They are very reasonably priced and great quality of work. I had them put a new coating on my roof, they were professional and very reliable. Also do some yardwork for me. I would highly recommend this company!
