The painting doesn’t last long … I did the painting of the bath tube 1 year and 9 months ago. It’s already starting to go off !

I really want to give a higher rating, but the service was not good. While the overall outcome dramatically changed the appearance of our tile, there were many issues present. The worker did not tape and cover the bathroom well, so now there is a line going down the middle of the wall showing where he stopped taping and where a film of paint is present. There are certain areas of the shower that did not receive a proper coating. So, in some areas there are patches of the old tile color present. When I called and messages Misael to inform him of the situation he was initially non responsive. Then he asked me if I could just live with it, because it would cost him money to send a worker back out. This was shocking as a paying customer to hear this type of response. Be careful! Bathtub started peeling off less than 3 months after job done. When i called to have it checked and repaired, they refused to do so,arguing that it was too far for them to go there for such a little issue. I do not recomend this people. They are not professionals

Within a week the paint chipped off the tub and has progressively got worse. I shouldn’t have even touched the tub in the first place because now it is worse than it was in the beginning I’ve asked them to come fix it but have received no response
