Chris the owner was a life saver. He came to the house and within minutes he told me exactly what size tankless heater was needed for my house and what else was needed to hook it up properly. His knowledge is unmatched and the install looks amazing! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you HomeTec and Chris for the amazing work and making time to get us up and running again! HomeTec is fairly priced worth every penny!

Chris was awesome! I called on a Sunday with an AC issue and he helped me diagnose the issue over the phone. He helped me figure out what part I needed. The next day he even helped make sure I ordered the right part. He did all of this knowing I wanted to try and replace the part myself. I ordered the part and replaced it. He walked me through it. He saved me so much time and money. And I just truly appreciate him taking the time to genuinely help me. I feel bad that I didn't have to hire him for this but if I ever need to replace my system or more maintenance I will definitely hire him. He was so helpful and patient and just genuinely cared about helping. I really appreciate it. It feels really good to find people like this still.
