I am on my third renewal of the Gold membership with Home-Tech, and based on my experience, the level of service from the first contract to today has declined. I contacted Home-Tech on February 11th, 2026, and was scheduled for a microwave repair on February 12th, 2026. I thought it was a great next-day appointment, but it ended there. The technician, Bryan, arrived on time on February 12th, but obviously had very basic and minimal experience with microwaves. Bryan by himself removed the microwave over my range, and when he got it over the floor, it slipped out of his hands and crashed on the tile floor. I was not home at that time as my son was home and advised me of this. The microwave received damage to the bottom and sides from the drop, but honestly, it didn't bother me, as the unit

*BEWARE* My experience with Home-Tech began last year under a service agreement for my dryer. After the initial visit, I was asked to pay additional charges that were not disclosed upfront. Following dispute, my washer and dryer were replaced. I paid full price. During both appliance deliveries, Home-Tech’s crews damaged nearly every wood stair in my home. This on TWO separate occasions - stairs damaged. Timothy Vanmeter acknowledged the damage in writing and assured it would be handled. Brian Moschello (BCHI Contractors) inspected the stairs, took a stair piece for matching, and did not return to complete repairs and didn't return it until months later after being urged by the court. We’ve had an agreement with Home-Tech for several years. They have been amazing. The service we get, in Naples, is second to none! We’ve had issues with appliances and our A/C on a number of occasions. HomeTech always respond quickly and get the job done - however complicated it might be. They’re amazing! We had a major issue with the A/C last week. Eric started the job and Marco completed it. They were both very professional and courteous, working for several hours to fix the problem. They did a great job, in rather difficult conditions. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Home-Tech to anyone. Thank you guys!!

Home-Tech does a great job! The 5 Stars today is for, Stephanie Vanmeter! She booked my appointment in the morning and when the technician could not solve the problem she arranged for a Supervisor and helper to come by. She was awesome, she listened, she stayed calm, and focused on taking care of the customer. I work in the service industry and it is refreshing to see a person who cares about representing her company in the professional and courteous way she did last night. I tip my hat to you Stephanie!!! Had an AC/furnace issue and Sergei from Home-Tech arrived right on time and got us back up and running in a short amount of time. Sergei was professional and friendly and took care of everything for us. We have always had excellent service from the folks at Home-Tech!
