We are so glad to have found Juan Carlos for our routine home maintenance needs. He is very conscientious, hardworking, honest, and dependable. We had him do work for us 3 times now, and he has consistently done high quality work. It is rare to find a single person who is skilled in doing anything you need for your home from plumbing to electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor construction projects. Juan was very competitively priced and detailed in summarizing what is needed to complete the job. He fixed a window latch and hung a blind. He CLEANED up afterwards!!! He is building a custom stage for a birthday gift! If you looking for a kind good handyman give him a chance.
