Terrible customer Service. I went in look around , once i was ready I ssk this lady and she answered like mad, almost upset. Unbelievable this store have good selección, but I can bat somewhat else.

Today, November 4, I come to this store to buy 46 pieces of Baseboard and one has to help the employees to load the material or else they won't deliver the material... Mr. Sergio tells me "that's the way it is because I say so and feel like it” and if not go to Home Depot and load it yourself. “There is no sign anywhere that says you have to charge purchases. Mr. Sergio in charge of the warehouse is disrespectful, rude. What a pity that a business has this facade.

I went in to buy Baseboard and ended up buying everything for my remodel there. The prices are great, the quality and variety of products is very ample. I'm looking forward for my next project with them!

Be careful! I purchased 900 sqft outdoor flooring from them, they made the mistake of not telling me I was actually purchasing 900 lineal Ft which is less than half of what I needed, they didn’t even realize they made the mistake until I was half way through instalation, it was obviously to late to return it. They did not account for their mistake, the owner never picked up my call, they told me the best they can do is give me a discount if I buy the rest, which I was forced to do because It was already installed. Horrible customer service, they didn’t care about the mistake.
