I contacted Williamson County Homefield to get a quote to pump my septic tank and also inquire about getting it inspected and they were well priced and offered competitive pricing when bundling the service. They were able to book my appointment during the same week and emailed me right away with a confirmation. I received texts the day of the appointment with the technician that was going to be servicing my tank and an estimated time of arrival. The technician, Dakota and her teammate arrived on time and were very courteous and explained asked question about the location of the tank and history about it and explained what they were going to do. I called on a Saturday morning, Dakota got me scheduled for Monday. She was efficient and answered all of my questions. When she and Kevin came on Monday they were excellent! Took care of my septic system, installed a much needed cover and was so knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services! Excellent customer service, showed up on time, did a fantastic job! The cost - very reasonable for the amount of work they had to do. I will definitely use them again.

Uniqux from Homefield company did an absolute great job pumping out our septic tank, he was very polite and very professional. A septic worker's job is so underrated and they don't get the recognition that they should, Uniqux represented this company very well and I will definitely be using them again. Dakota replaced my septic pump and she is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Over the years we have had different people service our septic system and she has been the most professional and the rates Homefield offers are very reasonable. Highly recommend!
