Rolando and the entire crew were exceptional and very professional. They arrived on time and explained everything they would be doing throughout their installation and training. The job was completed promptly and the old system and packaging form the new one were hauled off. Joe explained the new thermostat to us and helped with the set up. They installed a mini-split unit in my garage a couple years ago and continue to service the equipment, which came with a rock-solid warranty from Mitsubishi. Knowledgeable, personable staff that takes the time to answer questions and provide practical recommendations as opposed to trying to squeeze every dollar out of you. Glad I stumbled into this company when I was shopping for the mini-split. Now, they service that and my entire home HVAC system.
