Had a great experience with the staff this morning (shoutout to Mark? the manager I think)! They were kind and very helpful. There was too much inventory during the holidays in my opinion but they’re doing a great job reorganizing for spring!

Absolutely a wonderful place to find awesome home decor and necessities. The holiday finds are incredible and comfortably priced. The employees are kind and extremely helpful! Always a fun and happy experience.

Longview, TX Home Goods rocks! I purchased 3 boxes of 4 clear coffee cups. I pack each one individual as gifts for my family. Just when I reached for the last one, I spotted a big cracked. I went to store #1065 in Longview and spoke to a nice cashier (Carmen), she asked for the management to talk to me and a very nice & polite Coordinator (Jennifer) spoke to me about their return policy but she will get the manager (Mike) for me and with no hesitation he allows me to switch out the crack glass cup for a new one. This is what customer service is supposed to be.

I called and spoke with an associate about holding some perfume oils for me. She agreed to do so since I was driving over an hour from Louisiana. When I arrived there was only one oil and it wasn't even one I liked. What a huge waste of time. Very disappointed.

Great place to find nice things for your home. Love there throw pillows so much!!! Just love coming in to see what's new also.
