I go here often to find kitchen products and it's always a good experience but on my latest visit I had a worker ask me if I needed help and while she worked we had a nice conversation. I do a lot of shopping at other stores and get greeter but never had someone try to make conversation. I wish I got her name because that kind of customer service is hard to find. That being said I love to shop here and find really good deals all the time.

I’m extremely disappointed how this store manager name Audrey treated me as a customer, went in there for some Halloween shopping, I asked her a question about an item being discounted, she had told me it was 50% off the price that was already showing in the tag. She marked it down not originally how she had said it but she also marked it down wrong from the price already indicated, even though it was a only a dollar or two difference it’s still my money and she was being rude and laughing at the situation telling me “you want me to refund you a dollar “?? Being rude and unprofessional. It’s not her freaking money it’s mine . Don’t matter the amount it was how rude and disgusted she handed the situation. I will definitely be reporting this to higher authority on management corporate office

I never write reviews but my experience today was ridiculous. I went in to return an item that i previously purchased with my husband. We used his debit card at the time to pay. When I went in today I had the receipt, the items and all the packaging with the barcodes; however the cashier said she could only give me store credit because I did not have my husband’s debit card. She requested my ID in order to give me the store credit. I tried to use the store credit about 15 minutes later (different cashier) and they asked for my ID again in order to be able to use the credit. I asked the cashier if they tie your ID to the store merchandise card and she said they do. I said what about gift cards do you need your ID to use a gift card (it’s basically the same thing as a merchandise card). Hon

Great store you can find just anything you want there and then some. Attendants were very helpful!
