I had a plumbing emergency on my hands at a rental property (the sewage line upstairs spewing out waste water into the bathroom below). Total mess. Beggars can't be choosers and, without a 'go-to' plumber to call, I took the first fish that bit. That plumber worked all day and couldn't fix anything. He wanted to rip up all of my walls and do more work than necessary because he could not, or perhaps purposefully would not, see a way to fix the issue less invasively (would have cost $5K+). Me, being lazy and trusting this person, agreed to the 'big fix' and scheduled it out a few days. Only through luck did I call Homepro, to get some assistance repairing the rotted out wood under the toilet, before the aforementioned work was set to occur. I have worked with Mark, Rebecca, and crew quite a bit over the last year or so. I manage a six unit apartment building in Springfield, and we have used Home Pros for all of our building construction and maintenance needs. They are responsive, professional, fair, and always treat me well. They always look out for the property owner's best interest, and make suggestions or provide guidance as needed. Tried to get a few tvs hung up, sent pics beforehand, etc. Guy showed up smelling like alcohol and cigarettes, said that he couldn’t do it and to call someone else. I did and magically they were able to hang them fine. He was driving a car with a 5 on the side i think? and ran over my lawn on the way out.
