He quickly found the source of the leak, explained the problem in simple terms, and went over my options before starting any work. James worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. The repaired pipe looks solid, there have been no more leaks, and the price was fair for the quality of service I received. James from HomePro was called for a shower repair. He evaluated rhe situation and determined it was a cartridge issue. It was a special order he qouted a reasonable price. Returned to complete job once part was received. Great person to work with good communication and arrived as scheduled. I had an emergency plumbing issue on a Sunday and I called two other places first neither one of them could make it out to me. Their time was a charm though. They were wonderful!
