They fixed my leak quickly and the guys were professional and courteous, and I probably would have given them 4 or 5 stars if it wasn't for what happened with my bill. Before hiring anyone, I called around and got quotes for the job, and ultimately called Homes Plumbing back because they were going to be cheapest. What a surprise when I get the bill a few weeks later for more than double what I was quoted over the phone. I understand things happen and sometimes a job doesn't go as planned, but this wasn't that. The work order and what was completed were exactly the same; the guys were here and gone in 10 minutes. They were a very supportive company when it came to the heatwave we experienced a few weeks ago. We figured out on a Friday that the a/c had stopped working. Temperatures that day felt like 110 degrees with a humidity of around 70%. We called homes around 3:30pm and they stated they could get us scheduled in the morning on Monday. We were back at the house an hour later and the door bell rang. Jeff went ahead and came by and had our a/c working within 30 mins. This is outstanding customer service that is hard to find these days. Homes has earned a lifelong customer.

Took them three trips to fix a leaking kitchen faucet. Workers left muddy foot tracks in the laundry room and didn't try to clean up or at least say I am sorry for making that mess. They also replaced my outside faucet, two days later i noticed that there was water coming into my garage and my husband of 74 yrs old crawled under the house where he found that the water was coming out at the area where the faucet was attached to the pipes. This happened on a Saturday, i called them with no answer then the call was supposed to transferred to a person covering calls for that weekend but the person that answered hadn't worked there in months. He said he would contact someone at Holmes plumbing and let them know. Well of course no one called that weekend nor that Monday. I would not have

They repair my main drainage line and used the incorrect pipes and say they used the correct pipes when my city code says different. Homes said they use the correct pipes for what the job calls for. So please be aware they do people wrong
